There are approximately 140 members of the Admissions and Records Commission. The Commission elects its officers in the fall, and officers serve a three year term. The Commission is also affiliated with IACRAO on the state level and AACRAO on the national level.

Career Commission
Membership in the Career Commission consists of administrators of career programs throughout the state of Illinois. A chair and vice-chair are elected at the Fall ICCCA Conference in November each year. The chair serves a one-year term. The chair of the Career Commission also sits on planning committees for the Illinois Council of Occupational Education.

Career Services Professionals (IC3SP)
Membership in the Illinois Community College Career Services Professionals (IC3SP) consists of Administrators and Career Services Professionals from Career Services Offices at Community Colleges throughout Illinois. The Commission of IC3SP meets once each semester to provide professional development opportunities for its members. IC3SP maintains a listserve used for information sharing and networking. An IC3SP/ICCCA Commission President , President Elect and Treasurer are elected each year at the ICCCA Fall Conference Commission Meeting and serve a one year term. Attendance at ICCCA Governing Board Meetings is shared between the President and President-Elect.

Chief Student Services Officers (ICCCSSO or CSSO)
The Illinois Community College Chief Student Services Officers (ICCCSSO) is a network of executive-level administrative professionals of the 49 community colleges in Illinois. ICCCSSO meets three times annually to discuss issues of importance to student services: an annual winter meeting in February, a summer meeting in June; and in conjunction with the ICCCA conference in November. Examples of topics discussed, monitored and acted upon include but are not limited to: Illinois Articulation Initiative (IAI) and Transfer, International Students, Financial Aid/Student Costs, P-20 Partnerships, Student Success, Dual Credit, Legislative Issues, Campus Safety and Leadership Development. There are four officer positions: President, President-Elect, Secretary/Treasurer and Immediate Past-President. The President serves as the official representative to the Illinois Council of Community College Administrators (ICCCA) and to the Council of Presidents.

Continuing Education and Training (ICCET)
This commission strives to support continuing educators in Illinois community colleges and enable them to provide the highest quality programs for it’s constituents within their districts. Committees are established to support that purpose and provide opportunity for professional development and networking to commission members. Officers are elected at the Fall ICCCA conference, and serve a one-year term January-December. The commission is affiliated with the National Council for Continuing Education and Training.

Financial Aid Officers
The Financial Aid Commission elects its officers at the meeting of the Illinois Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (ILASFAA).
The 2012 ILASFAA President is Joanna Dye from Black Hawk College. Her email is dyej@bhc.edu.
Officers serve a term of two years. The vice president of the Commission is also the ICCCA representative. The Commission is also affiliated with the Midwest Association of Financial Aid Administrators (MAFAA) and the National Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (NASFA).

Information Technology Commission (ICCCA-TC)
Dedicated to the learning college, the Information Technology Commission consists of approximately 40 senior technology leaders throughout the state. The commission meets at least three times a year for Executive and Technical Summits and exchanges information regularly through a list server. Commission members work together and share information on policy, legislation, governance, process, and technical issues. The commission President represents colleges on a state wide level by serving on the Advanced Engineering Taskforce (AET) in an advisory roll for the Illinois Century Network.

Learning Resources Commission (subset of NILRC)
The Learning Resources Commission is a subset of NILRC, a consortium of Midwest Community Colleges, Colleges, and Universities. The Commission meets approximately five times per year. Officers are elected in June and the elections are effective after the November ICCCA Conference. The ICCCA Chair serves a one-year term. For more information, please see the NILRC website.

This commission is affiliated with ICCSAA (Illinois Community College Student Activities Association). Officers are elected at the spring conference. Officers hold a two-year term. The association President or a member of the association at the institution hosting the ICCCA meeting will attend.

Training Resource and Information Network (weTRaIN)
The mission of the Economic and Workforce Development Commission is to act as a catalyst to strengthen community college economic/workforce development activities and to provide a strong network for the exchange of information on business center and other economic/workforce development concerns. Membership is open to all community college administrators who are involved in economic/workforce development.
